Good morning Ginika. I hope you’re doing well and finally getting some much-needed rest after the back-to-back event season. That said, I don’t even know how to fully express my gratitude to you, your staff, and all the vendors we used through you. I am beyond thankful I was so happy with how everything came together — especially considering the last-minute cancellation and then putting everything back together within a week. It still amazes me. Before reaching out to you, I told myself I wasn’t going to be one of those brides who stresses out her planner, LOL. But even with all our wahala and delayed communication on our end, you were so patient, kind, and supportive. Your staff — both those on the group chat and those at the venue — were incredible. Please extend my heartfelt thanks to them. Chinonso was truly remarkable, and the team at the hall did such a fantastic job. Every single vendor went above and beyond — photo/video (oh my goodness, the pictures and videos are phenomenal! I’ve probably gone through them over a hundred times already), the makeup artist, the content creator (who even helped with my corset!), gele, décor, effects — everyone. We received so many compliments on the décor and effects, and I personally got countless compliments on my makeup, accessories, and dresses. Everything came together so beautiful. This was the first wedding planned on both sides of our family, and at times it felt overwhelming. But you brought order, calm, and professionalism to the entire process. It turned out to be a day I will always remember with so much joy and happiness. Thank you so, so much — truly from the bottom of my heart. You are exceptional at what you do. Everyone has said nothing but beautiful things about the wedding, my hubby and I were so blessed to have you plan our wedding, the vendors were also so good, fast and reliable although master handler is yet to give us the wedding video lol.
